I found a Toshiba Satellite T2130CS and when I start it up it says "C:/>" I don't know what to type in after that so it will work. Can someone please help me out?

It sounds like it's running DOS, which is all command line.

Type

dir /p to get a listing of the directories & files.

There are a lot of commands but I can't list them here. Try help or search google for DOS commands. It will list them. There really isn't much that you can do with that machine.

It could run Win95 if there's enough memory (preferably 8MB or more). I have two of those, one running Win95C and another running WfWG 3.11. They're not bad machines (486DX66 or 75), but finding memory or other peripherals for them is a real challenge...
