Sorry. I do not understand what you are asking. Can you please provide more information about what you want to do?

If I understand it you want the computer to be disabled if it becomes disconnected from the LAN.

The reality is the a computer has all sorts of systems to prevent the computer from becoming disabled if the LAN is disconnected. You are going to have to override them and that is going to mean some very serious systems programming.

You need to re-think exactly what it is you are trying to achieve.

No one is going to program it for you. Make a main thread that constantly checks for an internet connection and when the internet connection is broken, freeze them.

You are not going to get any links to do something that most people would strive to avoid.

Bear in mind that one you have frozen the computer, the only option you have left is to re-boot or sit there doing nothing until the Internet connection is restored, hopefully without any user intervention being required. Most computer attempt to establish a network connection on re-boot. Yours wont because it has been programmed to freeze if there is no Internet connection.

So you could end up in catch 22 situation. You cannot re-boot until an Internet connection is established and you cannot establish an Internet connection until you re-boot.

What kind of application is this that must be disabled if there is no Internet connection. Most applications that are dependent on an Internet connection just pop-up a No Internet message and sit there doing nothing until a connection is established with the option to terminate the application. That s usually programmed in at source. You really don't want to freeze the whole computer.
