I get cut off after about an hour online. I have cable internet and they have been out to check. I have a new modem from the company. They have put the modem on a seperate wire but the problem continues.
Well is the signal loss on your side of the modem or theirs? Does your modem have any kind of indicator LEDs to tell you whether it is losing connection? If the modem is losing connection then all you can do is continue to complain to the cable company until they fix it.
