If are behind a router, log in into your router and it will tell you what is your outside IP. IF you have ICS, on the server it will also tell you your outside IP. If you have programs like Mirc, under options, choose connect method: SERVER and when you are connected it will show there your outside IP.

Send an email to yourself thru hotmail. First go into "OPTIONS" than "MAIL DISPLAY SETTINGS" than at "MESSAGE HEADERS" click on "FULL" or "ADVANCED" to see IP addresses of whoever is sending the email. Then look when someone sends email in the "X-ORIGINATING-IP".
