Reply: (edit)open a dos prompt (start->run->command) and type netstat. This will show a list of all current connections to your computer.

Reply: (edit)start->run->winipcfg in the future, you'll get more and faster responses to your questions if you begin a new thread rather than posting to an old one.

Reply: (edit)"how to detect other's IP address" ...Many possible answers to this one. Who is the other? In what context are you trying to "detect" his address? One way to detect another's addres is to run ipconfig on his or her machine. But since you give us no clue as to what you're trying to do, who knows if that's what you need to know. Please provide details on what you want to do, and you may get a useful answer. "how to detect private IP address" ...same answer as above. How you would do this depends on the scenario, and since we have no idea what that is, it's difficult to be very helpful.
