Hi,
I have Powerbook 1400c with system 9.1 and I want to connect to my firend who has IBM Thinkpad R31 (?) with Windows XP.
We just want to share some documents.
Is this possible via the infrared port, that we both have?

What sw and configuration do we need.

Thanks a lot for a help

Jan

BTW> I don't have ethernet card, nor modem on my powerbook

You cannot peer to peer between Mac and Windows.

Try SneakerNet (floppy disk from one to the other)

Or try emailing the docs to each other.

My friend doesn't have floppy drive :-(

I don't have modem on my powerbook. So allways when we want to share some documnets I must go home or to office to e-mail to him.

Thanks anyway.
