How to connect 2 different network with differnt IP(10.0.0.1 and 11.0.0.1) but same subway mask(255.0.0.0) together to share file at "My Network Places"?

The only way you can is to put in a router or supernet the addresses.

Actually it is an office with 2 different networks. Currently there are two wireless routers (router A connect to network A; and router B connect to network B), then router A with a server set for internet access. The two network somehow link together already, but all nodes in both networks can't see each other(cant share files thru "My Network Place"). All nodes equipe with Windows XP.
