How to Bypass ISP Proxy

If an ISP is using transparent proxy and forcing all internet traffic on Proxy is there a way that i can bypass isp proxy and open the banned sites. Regards Ashfaq

You can't bypass. But ISP's normally don't block or run you thru a proxy since that slows access down. Usually its a hardware firewall. If you are dealing with blocked sites you need to talk to your network admin.

You didn't Understand my question. My isp is blocking some sites in its Proxy .whenever i request any http request it forces that request on my isp's proxy server which denies my requested site displaying a page that this site is banned. Now i know that there are some softwares which create a VPN like atmosphere between client pc and the software's manufaturers proxy and bypass isp's proxy . I need that kind of solution. I know its possible but how? is there any software or utility which can help or something I need help Thanks in advance Regards Ashfaq
