Imagine there are 5 PC in an office all the PC's are networked together, all in the same work group. Internet access comes via ADSL through a soho router fiewall. How do I block two of the five PC's from accessing the internet.

Check the documentation of the router. You should be able to block by IP or MAC address.
Just a question though; Do the users have accounts on every computer? If so, what's to stop the users from logging into one of the other computers and accessing the net that way?

I had thought of IP or mac address blocking and the fact that a user could easily move to another PC. I was wondering if there was another way I had not thought of?
Thanks

Seems unfair to two people.
Why not deny internet access to all and secure your group at the same time?
