Hi, I am currently logging on to my Exchange server (i.e i am using Outlook Web Access(OWA)) to access my official emails. I want to use Outlook 2007. Is there any way that i can forward/access emails from my OWA on Outlook. Please let me know the procedure.

Do you mean you want to be able to receive the emails in Outlook that you've already accessed via OWA?

yes. i currently use OWA to access my emails. but, i want to access them only through Outlook 2007 from now on. I should be able to login to outlook 2007 and view my emails directly (rather than opening the web access)

Did you clear this request with your network admin? There are a number of corporate reasons to have you use OWA.
One of them being you can access your mail from any workstation that has exchange access. Not true with outlook.
