well if u forgot ur password u can recover it by simply connecting one of ur computer with the help of cable to router port 1, then open the browser and enter router ip in address bar ...
username ....... (blank)
password : admin
go to wireless ...then goto wireless security ... and there is ur security WPA key ...password.. make a not of it and try to connect it...
it would work without changing any personal settings...
Best luck try it out ...................

ComputerFreak007's explaination was great except for one VERY important point.

You have to clear the router config ie.reset it to factory defaults. You do this by holding in the reset button with a paper clip and powering up. Sometimes it takes a couple of times until its cleared.

Then you can do the rest ComputerFreak007 posted

If it is just an user account, then login to your Administrator account, and change the password to that user account.
Start button > Control panel > classic view > user Accounts > Manage another account > (uac prompt) > click that user account > Cahnge password.

If it is your admin account that you have forgotten the password, download Windows Password Key to help you remove the admin password.
