How do I open UDP Port 16000 in Windows 7?

Specs: Windows 7 Home Premium, Intel(R) Core(TM) i3CPU/4GB
I've got a Belkin wireless router and Windows 7. It's so I can use the application Gameranger as it requires UDP Port 16000 open. I don't have a static IP if incase I needed one tell me how to do that to.

You need to log into your router as the link says. No one can help, as you haven't specified the model of router.

Google for how to log into your (model) router, then ask about opening ports.,

Yea I know how to log in to my router with and the model number is Belkin #F5D7633-4A. Is that enought information to get help or do you need somethingelse?
