Need a little more to go on than that. How is your computer connected to the router (Wireless or ethernet cable)?

Can you post your IPCONFIG /ALL results?

Can you ping the router?

Do the lights on the router light up.

Read the manual for your router. It will tell you the proper procedure for resetting it to default values. Also, it will tell you what IP address to connect to once you've reset the router.

If you've followed the manual and can't connect to the router then it's likely the unit is broken and needs to be replaced.

It matters not how straight the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.
