Comment:

I have a new install of mandrake 7.0 on a computer and want to network it with another computer that uses a satellite modem to access the internet. How do I do this?

Thanks in advance,
Kevin Johnson

You would do better to hook the linux
computer to the internet (put 2 NICs in it)
then access the linux machine from the
windows machine, not the way that you
want, but backwards.

Try both. Linux inclues IPmasqurading and ME includes ICS. See if your Linux machine will be able to access your salalite provider before trying to run it as the gateway.
