Toshiba laptop A65 bought used. Trying to connect to modem high speed internet. It says limited or no connectivtiy. I talked with Toshiba tech support they tried all kinds of CMD prompts still wouldnt recognize an IP address. Do i need to update network drivers? If so, how since i cant get on internet? I dont have any recovery disks either. Thanks
