I don't quite understand your post - the information you present seems to contradict itself. Initially you appear to say you "have" an internet connection on your main pc (Got internet on my main PC); then later not so?

Have you actually set up the router's wifi correctly? The wifi side is usually (by default) inactive when you receive a router. You have to set it up; enable it and so on

Have you actually managed to configure the router correctly to work with your isp service; initially via ethernet/cat-5 connection. Once that is working you canl ogin to the routers homepage and access wifi setup etc...

Thsee are links to Belkin's manual - two versions/styles - for your Belkin N300; suggest you have good read through and follow the steps carefully.

Also be sure to note carefully what the SSID is when you know it; and also the access/key - stick a label on the base of the router with the details written on it. And also email them to yourself, as that way you can always recover/read the info via your email message - which you "will" store on the email on-line serve... And even save to a usb stick - which keep safe; and maybe even print out the info, which then keep in a folder in a safe place... Surprising how many people seem to lose/forget that info...
