How can i take an internet connection?

Hello, I'm from Lebanon,and i'm thinking of taking internet connection from another country like Greece.What do i need as materials and everything else?? Thank you!!

I don't think any Greek internet service providers service any parts of Lebanon. What's the problem with ISPs in Lebanon? How do you know when a politician is lying? His mouth is moving.

Here in Lebanon,you can say,we don't have a very fast connections! i think the max speed here is 1 Mb/s!
