how can i setup ipcam in dir-412 router

Specs: Windows XP
i have a dlink dir-412 3g router. i want to add one ipcam with the router. but i have no static ip. so how can i configer ipcam in this router. pls. help me. thanks.

Assign an IP statically to the camera, just ensure it's outside of the DHCP Scope as defined on your router. To check the scope, connect to the router's management interface with your web browser and look at the DHCP settings.

many thanks. for your reply. actually i am new in network. pls. follow my question. i connect internet via 3g modem in dir-412 router. there is no static ip in my router. so is it possible, i can login my router from other network and how? if so then i can setup ip camera by port forward. if give me details, it will be great. thanks again.
