how can i find my IP?

I need to know how can i find my ip and use it to access my home pc from my business pc.
can anybody help how to get the real ip of my pc? i did a google and so many sites came up with 2 or 3 different IPs no but they said it maynot be my real ip if my isp uses proxy server. My ISP do uses a proxy server

Goto START/RUN and enter CMD. This opens a DOS window. At the command prompt enter "ipconfig /all" and your IP address will be displayed. It will also display other data such as the subnet and gateway that you use.

Lol, richard, I know dat..but it gives you only your internal ip..and if your isp uses proxy server it hides that internal ip.
I wanna know if it is possible to know my ip being behind da proxy?

Are you only connecting one PC to your ISP or are you using a router? What is the IP range you get? Does it start with 192. or something else. It sounds like a conversation with your ISP if they are doing a proxy on you. They will have to enable your access.

yah IP starts with 192.168.10.52 - this is my internal ip..and since ISP uses proxy on me it hides my real IP from the external world. I will have a talk with my ISP. Let see if they allow me to access the net without proxy so that i can work with my frineds staying remote.
