How can I export the users/passwords?

Microsoft Windows server 2003 enterprise

Specs: Server 2003
I have a Server 2003 box running that is extremely ould and out dated. I purchased a new box, which is also running Server 2003. We are a novell shop here, so we have no active directory. I would like to export the usernames and passwords off the old box and import them into the new box. It would be nice as well to carry over the share information that is assigned to each user account. What's the best way to do this? Thanks!

Each user has a folder on the webserver that's related to their classroom website. Each user has share permissions to their folder so that they can map to them from their workstation in their classroom. This is how they update their webstites. Not the best way... I know... But this is how it was set up, and I don't plan on changing it.
