How can I enable my wireless via cmd?

Specs: Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit, Intel Core 2 Duo/3.00 GB

I own a two year old HP Pavilion dv6000 running Windows Vista Home Premium that has been pretty beat up since I've been using a lot and I have needed to take it everywhere with me. My wireless button broke and I don't have any other way to enable my wireless. I don't have enough money to get it fixed either.

Are there any other ways I can enable it? Would I be able to enable it via cmd? If so, how?
I'm pretty experienced with computers, by the way. I have tried several things. Any help is appreciated.

netsh interface set interface <interface name> enabled

Something like that might work.
