Specs: vista 32

I have a 2WIre router from qwest hooked to their DSL telephone line. I have a home network setup with 3 computers in my house and a wireless computer being used in my guest house. Distance is a long and signal is weak. I have a phone line to both houses that is the same. Can I hook a second router to to the guest house and does it have to be the same make & model. Do not need to network with guest house , just get onto the internet.

No you cannot run two routers in parallel on one DSL line.

One presumes the 2wire device is actually a modem/router combo unit since you must have a modem in order to connect to internet.

How long a distance between buildings?
You may be better off with exterior directional antennae to boost the wireless signal strength as long as you have direct line of sight. Either that or run a Cat5 cable beside the phone line provided the cable length is less than 100m.
