homegroup networking cannot access one pc

Hi i networked 3 computers together using Belkin internet wireless router, i created same homegroup on every computer and set files and folder sharing on but still one of computer is not accessible and neither that computer can access any other computer , no other computer can ping that computer but that computer can ping other . can any one please help what might be wrong ?

Disable the firewalls first. If that doesn't help, run ipconfig /all on the problem PC & post the results.
