home web server with dynamic dns

Does anybody know of a free or almost free dynamic dns hosting service that has a client that will run with win3.x? I've got three computers (two running win98se and one with WFW 3.11) networked behind a router/hub that is connected to a cable modem. My ISP uses dynamic addressing. I want to host a small web server on the WFW computer using EZ-NOS (small dos based server program). Does the dynamic dns host service client have to be running on the same computer that the server is running on? I'm assuming it does. Thanks.

I think I answered my own question, but now I have a several different questions. The IP that is seen on the modem side of my router is the same for all three computers so I should be able to have the dynamic IP client that automatically updates the IP address running on one of the others with no problems. I have been able to acess the server with other computers on the LAN using the internal LAN IP, but when I try to use my internet IP address, nothing happens. I made sure port 80 in my firewall was assigned to the server computer. I tried switching to port 81 and samething happened, I was able to access it on the LAN using xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:81 in the address bar but got nothing when tried to use my internet IP address. My router shows my internet IP number as well as an internet gateway address (not the same as the router/hub gateway address). What is this second number for? Do I need to try and access it through the internet using a computer outside the LAN or does that matter? Also, how does the router know which computer the signel coming from the internet is supposed to go too? Sorry for being so long winded. I thought I was almost there but then hit a brick wall. My ISP is road runner. I know that I'm not supposed to have a web server and I was thinking that if I keep my bandwidth useage low, they won't notice, but is it possible that you can't actually host a seb server from behind one of these cable modems. (assuming I can get it to work at all). Thanks.

I'm sorry to inform you but your ISP will know eventually and you may lose your internet.

Your probably right. But I'm just doing this for the experience and to see if it can be done and I'm willing to take that risk. I probably won't have it up for very long if I can even get it to work. Has anybody run into this sort of problem?
