Okay, I've been having this problem only for the past 2 weeks. When i am playing online games or watching videos on you tube my internet crashes for my desktop computer only. I have to then disconnect my connection to my wireless router and reconnect it for it to work again. It's not my wireless router because I'm also using lap tops and they don't get kicked. I play World of Warcraft and when i get in a heavy populated place that's when it happens. Sometimes disconnecting and reconnecting doesn't work.. i then have to troublshoot the problem and it resets my connection 3 (that's the message i get) and THEN it works. please help!

Hi lyerly,

I suppose we should first find out what "Connection 3" is. What does the error come up as (in a box, as text only, etc.) and what is the exact wording of the message?

If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right.
