Hello

I am having a problem figuring out what I need to buy to set up my home network. Here is my situation:

I currently have one DSL line running into my home. I have a desktop connected to the DSL line. What I need to add is a Notebook PC and a PS2 on to the same dsl line using some sort of Hub. Primarily what I would like to do is be able to find a wireless hub that will plug into my current DSL line to support the notebook and ps2 in another room while allowing me to continue to have the desktop pc connected where it is without a wireless connection. The other problem I am facing is I can not put a wireless card into a ps2. So basically the wireless hub will need to have a wireless reciever that allows me to plug the ps2 into it and when I am not using the ps2 I can plug my notebook into it.

I probably have made this sound way more complicated than it really is but I dont know how to word it any differently. I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

Thanks

Fred

What you need is called a gateway/router. This device will allow you place many computers/systems behind it, while only using your single DSL connection.

You can get one without the wireless connections for approx $40-$50:

Or to go wireless:
