|So anyone got any ideas on how i can network the two computers without adding one to the company domain??|
There are 3'd party applications to allow this. We use Mobile Netswitch here where I work. It allows you to create multiple profiles.
In our case, we use static IP's at work so the "work" profile would have that information in it. The "home" profile would be set to DHCP. You select which to load depending on where you are.
In your case, one would be domain login (work) and the other workgroup (home).
You could set this up with the builtin Hardware Profiles, but you'd have to look up how to do it as I've never done that and can't tell you.
If I were you, I'd take the unit in to the IT department at work, tell them what you want and ask if they could set it up for you.
