Hi, I have been having a problom with my high speed Internet. I got it in December, and its been running ok until about a week ago. I will be watching TV and using my computer (bolth connect via the cable line), when the picture on the TV goes blank, and the Internet shuts down. The cable will remain out for about a minute, and the cable modem gets the connection back in 2 minutes. This happened only a few times last week, but happened 4 times today. I have Comcast high speed Broadband internet with a Motorolla cable modem and a Linksys wireless router and Comcast Digital cable.

Well, I've had cable internet for over two years and have never experienced that kind of drop-out. Sure there have been occasions when we have lost all signal taking out the cable TV, Phone and internet, but each time was caused by a hardware failure somewhere in the ISP's network.
Ring your cable company and complain. Keep a journal of the dropouts. You should not have to tolerate that kind of crappy service.
I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another so please feel free to ingore this.
