Well, like posting anonymously in forum. In IRC, chat room, online games etc...

I also heard that some software can even change IP every minute...sound good to me too..

You're referring to using a web proxy server. The software is simply changing web proxy servers for you. You can also do it under internet options in IE, too, but you need proxy server addresses.

buy you guys didn't mention which software can do that? (I need the name of the software) Also, I'm using firefox.

I'm a complete noob for networking. Any software that can do the job for me? Web proxy server? Don't know what's that :/

Dude, you're just connecting to web proxy servers that connect on your behalf.

google "free proxy server", find one, and set IE up to use it.

Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> Lan settings...

Check the "Use proxy servers for your LAN" and enter the IP address of the proxy server you found.
