Ok here is our issue, we have filled up our first network segment of 172.29.43.xxx we have added a new network segment using 172.29.45.xxx On the 43 network we have a dns server. A computer that is setup to be on the 45 network can hit the dns server and access the internet fine. However we cannot get those computers on the 45 network to join our domain controllers which reside on the 43 network. What do I need to add to this dns server so this will work. Thanks for your help, if you need me to explain this further please email me. We need to get this working ASAP.

you may have problems because of the different subnet. I haven't tried this but, oyu "may" have to setup a second domain and a trust. I am guessing here so don't hold me to that.

I have a similar configuration and everything worked fine right from the start. Are you sure you're router isn't blocking some needed traffic?

Yes it should work, One domain server can handle requested comming from anywhere on a wan. Verify on your firewall's logs if there is some dropped packets destinated to the PDC.
