Okay im having problems accesing the net through my secondary nic. Ive recently got a limited or no connectivity message. I know it wasnt something winxp was doing purposely. My problem lies that my computer is keeping the old LAN settings and not disabling it. Heres a screenshot of what i mean. I need help removing all these hidden connections that win xp wont show me.

As u can see in the picture L.A.C 12 is the Xbox connection but its showing it as diffent connections.

Please someone help me sort out my screwed up network connection problem.

As I understood you should have only 2 NICs, the first one connected to your netGear modem, and the second one - to internal LAN. Isn't?

If yes, please more info about your second NIC. What's model? where is connecting this NIC, to the HUB/Switch or directlly to the onother PC?
