Hi all,
I greatly appreciate your help!=)

I cannot connect to my webserver at http://76.126.66.3/. from the Internet.

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 76.126.66.3.

I suspect a point of failure somewhere:
1. DNS - DynDns appears to work fine.
Resolves domain name. Points to 76.126.66.3.

2. ISP - Checked with Comcast everything works fine, too.

ipconfig says:
Windows 2000 IP Configuration
Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : hsd1.ca.comcast.net.
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 76.126.66.3
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.254.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 76.126.66.1

3. router - I disconnected it for troubleshooting. Server direct connects to ISP cable modem now but still can't connect.

4. server - Abyss Web Server X1 2.5. Default host on port 80. Tried ports 8000 and 8080, too. But, server did not get request to serve a webpage according to log.

Thanks in advance!
Andrew

Assuming "hsd1.ca.comcast.net." is the correct name of the server in question, an nslookup of it yielded nothing which is indicative of a DNS issue.

With whom did you regsiter it on DNS? I suspect you need to contact them and start your troubleshooting there.
