Specs: Windows 7
Hello my name is Xai, I have a Acer AspireZ3-615/ window 8.1. I don't see the Wi-Fi, Airplane mode and Bluetooth Icon on the PC Setting page. I can not connect to the Internet, it doesn't recognize my wireless router. I have reinstalled the window operating and many drive which people recommended, but it didn't do a thing, the problem still not fixed, what should I do? Thanks

Look on the 'Tray' on the bottom right of your screen, if you see the Wifi icon then click on it to bring up a dialog box for more details and possible options to set it.
If it is not there then either there is a problem with the wireless NIC itself or the driver for it is corrupt or missing. Look in Device Manager for your Wifi NIC and see if it is there and if there is a warning symbol yellow or red that will mean probably a driver issue or possibly worse. If it is not there at all then it may be missing, disconnected, or damaged/defective. You should get the latest driver from the Acer web site that is just for your system and install that, then right click on the icon in device manager (if it still does not operate correctly) and remove/delete it. Then select Detect Hardware from there or simply restart the machine for Windows to do it by itself and indicate it use current driver that is installed.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
