To answer your question; you cut the files from d: to c:

But I don't believe you are asking the right question

Don't you mean how can I add the space on d: to c: making c: larger so it will hold more files?

Answer is google Partition Magic, read about it throughly and then purchase the product.

run disk cleanup before defrag. You will need to eliminate files to get to 15% or even Partition Magic won't work.

HIGHLY recommend you backup all of your data before attempting to repartition using PM.
