To answer your question; you cut the files from d: to c:
But I don't believe you are asking the right question
Don't you mean how can I add the space on d: to c: making c: larger so it will hold more files?
Answer is google Partition Magic, read about it throughly and then purchase the product.

that is what I mean, I have 177gb on d: and 7 gb on
my c: I tried to defrag my system, I only have 2% and
it takes 15% to defrag, this is when I found it out.

run disk cleanup before defrag. You will need to eliminate files to get to 15% or even Partition Magic won't work.
HIGHLY recommend you backup all of your data before attempting to repartition using PM.

I have done disk cleanup many times. and still receive the same message.
not enough space on my c: drive. is there something
like partition, i am not computer knowlegable
