Group Policy, Access to Drives

Comment:
When applying the following group policy:
"Prevent access to drives from My Computer:" - "Restrict C drive only"
The CD-RW drive does not work. I Cannot paste to it, drag and drop files to it and the "send to CD" option is missing in the 'send to' menu when you right click a file.
Without the GPO the drive works perfectly. How can I resolve this issue? I've tried everything!

When you copy files to a CD-R or CD-RW disk by using the CD recording support that is built into Windows XP, the files are first copied to a temporary location on C:\, and then a disk image file is created so if you restrict C:\ then these temporary files cannot be created.
