Hi!
I can't catch gratuitous ARPs of a specific computer, when OS is started or when this computer is connected to LAN. The only situation when gratuitous ARPs appear is when I change an ip of this computer.
Why does it happen?
Thanks a lot!

According to that site, a gratuitous ARP is sent when an interface goes up. (last paragraph, first section)

The interface goes up each time you change the IP address.
