i have a note book which i have to carry with me all around one large area and i want a remote access from my notebook with the pc in my office how can i do that

Things like remote desktop, vnc, logmein, pcanywhere, and others. Use search for remote login or remote desktop or remote access. Just depends on the network and how secure you want and what resources you need to access. Remote desktop is good if supported.
