And yet, you post here in the Networking Forum which was created for people asking............yup, network related questions!
If google is the only website you're having a problem accessing, I would suggest you first talk to your ISP and see if they're blocking it. If not, I'd suggest visiting a friend who's google does work and then go to google's support site and see if they can help you get it working at your home. If you do that, I would recommend getting your external IP address before going to your friend's house. It's possible google has banned the network you're on.
