Getting the Most of My Server and Website

Specs: Windows Server 2008
I just got windows server 2008 form my small home run project. I run just 10 users. I want to make the most of this Ver. of windows i know 2008 can do more then my old (nt server). But im not sure how to get it to work as all i want it to be. I need a Guild. I need my Server to do as follows:
Act as a document hosting site
Act as a Msql Remote Capible Server
Act as a Web Server
Act as a Client Server over the Internet (online users)
Act as a Talk and Live Stream Server
Note: I hyave all the system power to do ALL of this i just dont know how. I also have a Domain Name that can and will act on the Server. I will take anything anyone has to offer

You might have trouble hosting your web site on it. That depends on your ISP & a few other things.

I don't know what a Client Server is, so I can't help you on that.

Start here.

You need training. Self starts at the Microsoft site. See the few hundred pages on Server 2008 that includes technet pages and virtual labs, white pages and how-to to name a few. See also MS learning portal for books like the 2008 cert set and admin set.
Otherwise get a bootcamp on 2008 or a class on the cert.
