Try rebooting your router once.

First, shut your netbook off.

Then unplug the router, count to ten slowly and then plug it back in.

After it's done booting up, start your netbook and see if it doesn't stay connected better.

It looks like you may have ether something new in the house like a cordless phone or a neighbor that has gotten a WiFi router that is causing interference. Try changing your wireless chanel.

What is the model of your wireless router (Linksys? D-Link? Netgear? etc.) Every router can be configured once you log into it thru your browser (e.g., to access the configuration area, you might have to type 192.168.1.1 right after the http:// in your browser's address window. Once inside the router's configuration area, you can make all kinds of changes, including which wireless channel to use. (It's the same area where you would set up or change your wireless security encription code, etc.)
