Getting access to another private network

Hi! I am just a single pc user with single
internet connection(Static Ip and Manually

My IP is-
Subnet Mask-

There's a local server for downloading
movies,music etc. at

Now, I would like to access to the server and
download. But I can't visit !

To get access that server(
what should I do?

Ask the owner of the server?

All the IP addresses you give are private IP addresses, that means the exist on a local area network. Without knowing the network set-up you question is impossible to answer.

Just to remind you, in most jurisdictions accessing a computer yo are not entitled to can get you into jail, fast.
