FTP Default port

I setup a proxy server and everything that deals with http works fine. but when i enter the ftp port as 21 in the proxy options, it still cant download off of ftp, is there a way that i have maybe changed my ftp default port ?, and if i did how can i find out what it is ?

FTP actually uses two ports by default..20 and 21. maybe you can open port 20 on your proxy as well as port 21?

Post back with more details on your setup if this doesn't help.
