Firewall Problems

OS: Win Xp Pro
CPU/Ram: 2.66MHz /512 DDRAM
Comment:

My computer connected to a LAN network.
The LAN network connected to the internet via some internet provider.
This internet provider blocking all the file sharing programs Peer to Peer(Overnet, Edonkey......).
I tried to scan some open ports and nothing helps.

What can i do???????????

You LAN is not connected directly to the ISP. Somewhere there is a router and/or modem in the chain. That could be what is causing the problem?

What kind of internet connection is it, cable, DSL or if you are in the UK, ISDN?
