OK, Im just looking for some help.
I have a 10 PC network, sharing a 33.6 dial up. :(
OK, this is how it goes: Im trying to find out what my D-Link DL-624+'s router IP is so I can log into it.
This is the physical layout of my network, cool eh?http://www.geocities.com/cewings/network.htm
Anyways, the big deal is, the D-Link's default addy is 192.168.0.1, and the problem is that PC1's addy is set to 192.168.0.1, so whenever I try to log into 192.168.0.1 to change settings, I can't do it.
What I would like to know is, a.) How do I find what my Wireless Router's IP is? (Without changin PC1's IP away from 192.168.0.1) The reason I don't want to change PC1's IP is that Its win98 using ICS, and its really finicky, so I don't want to screw around with it too much. Thanks for any help
Chris.

What if you temporary disconnect PC1 from the network and use one of the other computers to access the router via 192.168.0.1. Change the address still keeping in the 192.168.0.x range. Re-booting the router and re-connecting PC1

The mind boggles!!!!
Stuart

Connect a pc directly to the router, set a static IP in the range of the router (192.168.0.99 for example) then login to the router 192.168.0.1. When in the router, you can change it's IP to anything you want.
By the way, there is no 624+. There is a 624, and a 614+.
