If you'd like to find out, "other than using your SA", I'd jump right to the following web page https://grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2. It's called Shields Up. On the page you can hit a button called "test my shields". It will report back your IP address that it sees from the internet and ask you if you want it to test it. It will test your computer for ports it sees. That way you not only get your IP address that the internet sees, you also get your ports that the internet sees.

Like I said, ask your SA. The above site will not give you what you are looking for. The above site is only good if you are connected directly to the internet.

If you are behind a firewall.. you are also running NAT. so if you go to
http://www.network-tools.com/ the ip that shows up in the serch bar right of the bat is you true tc/ip address
