is it possible to manually find kick and ban an ip thats connected to your xbox 360,
by using your pc to do so, the reason i ask is that there is people that freeze certain games and unless one of you quit it ties up your xbox360, my setup is usb modem>>pc>>cat5>>xbox360, thanks for any replies

You could probably have whatever firewall you're using block certain IP's and refuse connections.
