i have not needed my wi-fi pasword for 3yers. I cannot remember or find it. The isp is Orange (EE). I do know the wi-fi name. can you help please
Your ISP has nothing to do with it. You need to go into the routers configuration screen and see if it is displayed there. If not you will have to reset the router and reconfigure a new password.

If your wi-fi was pre-configured by your ISP the SSID and password are usually on a sticker on the modem/router Goin' Fishin' (Some day)
