I want to share files between my Dell and my new Sony Laptop. I have the Linksys WRT300N wireless router. The Dell desktop is wired to the router and the laptop is wireless. I set up the router and can access the Internet on both pcs. I can also see my desktop pc group name on the laptop. The Laptop cannot access the desktop even though it shows. I cannot find the laptop on the desktop and I have them both set up with the same group name. I know it is an issue between Vista and XP, I just don't know the correct way to set this up. I eventually want to print through the router from my laptop, but first I want to get the file sharing working. Thank you.
