Hello,
Having some wierd problem here..
Whenever i try to copy or paste a file from another computer to one of the shared maps on this one, i get very slow speed (400~500KB/s), which used to be around 11MB/s...Strange thing is, if i try to copy files on different PCs in the LAN, it's solid 11MB/s..
So this is what i got here:
1. Main Vista machine.
2. Secondairy XP machine.
3. Brother's Vista machine. So copying from the XP to Brother's PC is fast, while copying from or to my main vista pc is always slow... Why??
Plz help!
thanks in advance.

Your vista nic card at full duplex?
Is your firewall inspecting all traffic?
Vista box defragged lately?
Vista box clear of spyware?BTW
2x 320GB,16MB in Raid0You do understand if one drive fails you lost everything with no hope of recovery? Hope you are backing up regularly!

Ok problem solved..
I remember setting it to Full Duplex when thinking it was causing some strange boot delay i had, which later turned out to be caused by the microphone noize filter service...
..so i've just set the duplex back to "auto" and the speed is at 11MB/s again:)"You do understand if one drive fails you lost everything with no hope of recovery?"
All important data is on the other drive, i just use the raid to install games on
