File Sharing disabled after reboot

This is really getting annoying now. I've even formatted the HD and re-installed Win XP (for other reasons) and this still happens.
Every time I reboot the computer, I have to go into the sharing properties of a folder and then click "If you understand the risks of sharing blah blah..." or else I can't access it from any other PC.
